今井正明（Masaaki Imai）1930年生于日本东京，日本质量管理大师，美国持续改善研究院的院长，Kaizen(持续改进方法)之父。 今井正明毕业于东京大学，质量管理顾问。他于1986年成立了Kaizen学院（Kaizen Institute），目的在于帮助西方企业吸收日本式的质量管理理念。 他的主要著作有《改善：日本企业成功的奥秘》（Kaizen: The Key to Japan's Competitive Success）；《十六个避免说“不”的方法》（16 Ways To Avoid Saying No）；《莫把Yes作答案》（Never Take Yes for an Answer）和《现场改善》 （Gemba Kaizen）。
